目的:本文以香椿芽为原料,研究香椿芽中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用碱提酸析法和微波辅助提取法成功地提取了香椿芽中的总黄酮。利用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系为显色剂测定香椿芽中总黄酮的含量。并利用L9(34)正交试验设计,确立了香椿芽中总黄酮的最佳提取条件及其产率。结果:最佳提取工艺为硼砂浓度0.5%,料液比1 g∶40 mL,提取30 min,提取温度60℃。结论:本试验可为香椿进一步研究和资源开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Toona sinensis Methods: The total flavonoids in Toona sinensis Wort was successfully extracted by alkali extraction and microwave assisted extraction. The contents of total flavonoids in Toona sinensis Roepeds were determined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance and NaNO2-Al (NO3) 3-NaOH as color reagent. The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to establish the optimal extraction conditions and yield of total flavonoids in Toona sinensis. Results: The optimal extraction process was borax concentration 0.5%, solid-liquid ratio 1 g: 40 mL, extraction time 30 min, extraction temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion: This experiment can provide some scientific basis for further research and resources development and utilization of Toona sinensis.
