将31例慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)患者分为补硒治疗组与常规治疗对照组,测定其治疗前后外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL—2)分泌及其受体(IL—2R)表达和血硒及脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平。结果显示,两组患者治疗前IL—2活性、IL—2R表达阳性细胞百分率及血硒水平均明显低于献血员对照组,LPO水平明显高于后者;治疗2月后补硒组患者上述指标较治疗前均显著恢复,与常规治疗组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示CAH患者PBMC IL—2产生障碍、IL—2R表达不足可能与脂质过氧化损伤有关,补硒治疗可能有益于其恢复。
Seventy patients with chronic active hepatitis (CAH) were divided into two groups: selenium-treated group and conventional treatment group. The levels of interleukin 2 (IL-2) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) IL-2R) expression and serum selenium and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels. The results showed that the IL-2 activity, the percentage of IL-2R positive cells and blood selenium level before treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those in blood donors control group, LPO levels were significantly higher than those in the latter two groups; The indexes were significantly recovered before treatment, with significant difference compared with the conventional treatment group (P <0.05). These results suggest that IL-2 in PBMC of patients with CAH may be impaired, and the deficiency of IL-2R may be related to the injury of lipid peroxidation in CAH patients. Supplementation with selenium may be beneficial to its recovery.
