通过流式细胞计(FCM)测定,大多数实体肿瘤如乳腺癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌、结肠和直肠癌均为异倍体,异倍体的预后比二倍体差。本文研究了 DNA 倍体,组织学分级及临床分期与宫颈癌预后的关系。材料取自1973~1980年间在亚利桑那大学医院治疗的56例在该院首次取活检的病人,均为单纯鳞癌,临床分期为Ⅰ~Ⅲ(FIGO 分期)。年龄31~87岁,平均54.9岁。生存者至少随访24个月。用Schutte 等方法制备单细胞悬液,Coulter EPICS741FCM 测定 DNA 含量。光源为氩激光,功率5W,荧光激光波长488nm。DNA 指数(DI)的计算为样本的峰道值与鸡红细胞峰道值(CRBC)比值除
Most solid tumors, such as breast, prostate, ovarian, colon, and rectal cancer, are aneuploidy by flow cytometry (FCM) and have a worse prognosis than aneuploidy. This paper studied the relationship between DNA ploidy, histological grade and clinical stage and the prognosis of cervical cancer. Materials from the 1973 to 1980 at the University of Arizona Hospital, 56 cases of the first biopsy in the hospital patients were simple squamous cell carcinoma, clinical stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ (FIGO staging). Age 31 ~ 87 years old, average 54.9 years old. Survivors are followed up for at least 24 months. Single cell suspensions were prepared by Schutte et al., And Coulter EPICS741FCM was used to determine DNA content. The source of argon laser, power 5W, fluorescence laser wavelength 488nm. The DNA index (DI) was calculated as the ratio of the peak value of the sample to the peak value of the erythrocytes (CRBC)
