目的:运用OrbscanII测量远视者角膜地形图。方法:回顾性,观察性,连续性临床病例研究,进行LASIK术前评估的远视患者共295眼。回顾分析患者的年龄、性别以及OrbscanII所得角膜地形图。屈光度及以下参数由OrbscanII系统所得:角膜厚度、角膜直径、瞳孔直径和前房深度。结果:总的平均角膜厚度为546.3±35.5μm,17~29岁年龄组547.3±38.4μm,30~44岁年龄组553.4±38.3μm,45岁以上年龄组546.2±29.3μm。女性平均角膜厚度为551.5±35.9μm,男性为542.6±34.7μm。总的平均前房深度为2.57±0.40mm,17~29岁年龄组2.82±0.39mm,30~44岁年龄组2.49±0.39mm,45岁以上年龄组2.37±0.40mm。女性平均前房深度2.53±0.40mm,男性为2.60±0.40mm。角膜厚度与角膜曲率之间存在显著负相关关系(P=0.005,r=0.16),与瞳孔直径存在相关关系(P=0.013,r=0.144)。屈光不正严重度与前房深度负相关,与角膜曲率负相关(P=0.061,r=0.108)。结论:本研究提供并分析了远视患者的OrbscanII测量数据,远视患者的平均角膜厚度为546.3±35.5μm,平均前房深度为2.57±0.40mm。
Objective: To measure myopia corneal topography with OrbscanII. METHODS: Retrospective, observational, and continuous clinical case studies were performed in 295 patients with presbyopia assessed by preoperative LASIK. Retrospective analysis of the patient’s age, gender and OrbscanII corneal topography. Diopter and the following parameters were obtained from the Orbscan II system: corneal thickness, corneal diameter, pupil diameter and anterior chamber depth. Results: The total mean corneal thickness was 546.3 ± 35.5μm, 547.3 ± 38.4μm in 17-29 years old group, 553.4 ± 38.3μm in 30-44 years old group and 546.2 ± 29.3μm in 45 years old group. The mean corneal thickness of women was 551.5 ± 35.9μm and that of males was 542.6 ± 34.7μm. The average mean anterior chamber depth was 2.57 ± 0.40 mm, 2.82 ± 0.39 mm for the 17-29 age group, 2.49 ± 0.39 mm for the 30-44 age group, and 2.37 ± 0.40 mm for the group over 45 years of age. The average female anterior chamber depth 2.53 ± 0.40mm, male 2.60 ± 0.40mm. There was a significant negative correlation between corneal thickness and corneal curvature (P = 0.005, r = 0.16) and pupil diameter (P = 0.013, r = 0.144). The severity of refractive errors was negatively correlated with depth of anterior chamber and negatively correlated with corneal curvature (P = 0.061, r = 0.108). CONCLUSIONS: This study provided and analyzed Orbscan II measurements of hyperopia patients with a mean corneal thickness of 546.3 ± 35.5 μm and an average anterior chamber depth of 2.57 ± 0.40 mm.
