一我国各类卫生防病单位多数存在文秘人员难选难当的现象,我认为问题的症结主要是卫生防病单位文秘人员知识结构不能适应时代业务发展的需要,其主要表现为:1.卫生防病单位的工作性质和基本职能要求文秘人员要有多方面的知识。而我们卫生防病单位现有许多文秘人员,知识结构面和结构层不尽合理,他们多是医学专业学校的毕业生,尽管对所学的医学业务比较熟悉。但缺少文秘专业及管理专业的训练。
