研究了VA菌根与外生菌根混合接种对毛白杨盆栽苗生长、P营养、光合及蒸腾特性的影响,并分析了原因。结果表明:在水分供给得到保证的大田条件下,菌根混合接种较单独接种更能促进宿主对P的吸收,VA菌根与外生菌根之间的负交互作用关系在毛白杨菌根混合接种苗的高生长及光合作用方面也明显地表现出来,其中在光合作用方面表现的尤为突出。就各类菌根对宿主光合作用的促进作用而言,VA菌根菌>VA菌根菌+外生菌根菌>外生菌根菌;地球囊霉菌>缩球囊霉菌>硬皮马勃;菌根接种苗木在光合特性方面所表现出的差异主要是由其叶肉细胞在光活性方面的差异引起的;对大多数菌根接种处理来讲,苗木的光合速率与其叶绿素含量之间存在着紧密的相关关系;VA菌根及其与外生菌根混合接种均能有效地减少毛白杨苗木的光合耗水量
The effects of VA mycorrhizal and ectomycorrhizal mixed inoculation on the growth, P nutrition, photosynthesis and transpiration of potted seedlings of Populus tomentosa were studied, and the reasons were analyzed.
