Ca761 is a new mouse model of breast cancer established by homologous transplantation of a spontaneous type A breast cancer in 615-type mice. After more than 190 generations of transplants in 11 years, the growth characteristics have been basically stable: it is a isogenic tumor strain of 615-type mice, and the success rate of transplantation in 615-series mice is 100% without natural regression and the average survival time of the host. It is 17.6±4.6 days. It is basically not affected by the sex and age of 615 mice. Whether it is inoculated by the embedding method or suspension method or frozen in liquid nitrogen and resuscitated, its growth characteristics remain stable. Ca761 has a clear tendency to metastasize; it has already established its ascites type and in vitro cell lines; it shows varying degrees of sensitivity to 7 of the 12 common anticancer drugs tested, which is consistent with the clinical chemotherapy of breast cancer. Similarity, so Ca761 on the prevention and treatment of cancer and breast cancer may have greater practical value.
