当前,以转换企业经营机制为中心内容的改革大潮汹涌而来,破“三铁、一大”,把企业推向市场的势头正冲刷着传统的习惯势力和思维定势。因此,以其牵涉之广,变革之深刻,使企业广大职工在利益调整的同时,也经历着剧烈的心理调整,表现出万花筒般的各种心态,认真调查研究、采取适当的疏导方式,实行平稳的机制转换,不仅是改革决策者极为关注的问题,也是思想政治工作战线的紧迫课题。
