不同阶段儿童的本质特征和心理需求不同，尤其是低年级的孩子，爱说爱动，对自己的行为约束力差，注意力容易分散。这就要求我们教师在有限的时间和空间内，采取恰当的教学方式，最大限度地贴近学生的实际情况，实实在在地促进学生真正发展。
