This paper reviews the improved effects of graphite furnace atomic absorption substrates, including the use of inorganic and organic matrix modifiers, and the introduction of oxygen and hydrogen into carbide coating technology and shielding gas. The atomization mechanism and interference mechanism in the presence of matrix modifier are discussed. The list shows the application of matrix improvement effects in the determination of trace elements in different samples and a summary of their methods.
