——尊重人才三要素。我感到尊重人才要从三个方面体现。一是环境。宽松和谐的工作环境,能使人心情舒畅、效益提高。二是岗位。合适的岗位,使人才能“人尽其才”。三是报酬。合理的报酬,使人才的劳动成果得到承认。前两个问题,比较容易解决,后一个问题现在许多单位还没有很好的解决。这个问题处理不好,尊重人才就难以落到实处。对人才通过创造性的工作转化成的价值,予以承认和肯定,并给予相应的报酬,是尊重人才的具体表现。金阊商业在这方面探索了一些经验:对贡献突出的企业经营者、业务骨干,年报酬为2~3万元,高出职工平均收入的数倍,尽管这样的报酬
- Respect the three elements of talent. I feel that respecting talented people must be reflected in three aspects. The first is the environment. A relaxed and harmonious working environment can make people feel comfortable and improve their effectiveness. The second is the post. The right position enables people to “do their best.” The third is remuneration. Reasonable remuneration makes the labor achievement of talents recognized. The first two issues are relatively easy to solve. The latter issue is still not well resolved in many organizations. This problem is not handled well and respecting talented people will be difficult to implement. Recognizing and affirming the value of talented people through creative work and giving corresponding rewards is a concrete expression of respecting talents. Jinyi Business explored some experiences in this respect: for the outstanding contributions of the company’s managers and business leaders, the annual remuneration is 20,000 to 30,000 yuan, which is several times higher than the average income of employees, despite such remuneration.
