在集中供热的热水锅炉房中,并联运行的锅炉居多,不同设计出口温度并联使用出现的事故十分常见,应引起大家足够的重视。现以DZL10 5-1.0/115/70-All与DZL7-/1.0/95/70-All锅炉并联使用为例,分析问题产生的原因及解决办法。1原因对以上两台锅炉检验时发现,7MW的锅炉运行5个供热周期,没发现问题。而10.5MW的锅炉运行不到一个供热周期,炉膛内就发生多处爆管,有的水冷壁管胀粗,严重弯曲,且管壁有过热现象,部位均在水冷壁管上端,如图1所示。
