青年员工的心理压力、心理健康等问题,是影响企业长效健康发展的重要问题,尤其是施工单位一线青年员工的心理问题更为突出。笔者结合建筑行业特点和项目实例,从人文关怀和心理疏导的角度出发,着重探讨舒缓青年员工心理压力问题的方法和途径。
The psychological stress and mental health problems of young employees are important issues that affect the long-term and healthy development of enterprises. In particular, the psychological problems of frontline young workers in construction units are even more prominent. The author combines the characteristics of the construction industry and project examples, from the perspective of humanistic care and psychological counseling, focusing on ways to alleviate the psychological stress of young employees.
