针对大厚差的复杂薄壁零件,通常采用铸造成形或焊接成形的成形方法,不仅材料的利用率低,而且产品的质量不高。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种冲压结合锻造的复合成形工艺,它属于一体成形工艺,使成形产品达到轻量化、整体化和性能优化的要求。同时,通过软件Dynaform对成形工艺进行了模拟,获得了复合成形工艺的成形规律。通过大量工艺试验的对比,验证了该复合成形工艺的实用性。
For complex thin-walled parts of complex thin-walled parts, usually formed by casting or welding forming method, not only the material utilization is low, but the quality of the product is not high. In order to solve this problem, a stamping combined with forging composite forming process is proposed, which belongs to the integral forming process, so as to achieve the lightweighting, integration and performance optimization of shaped products. At the same time, the forming process was simulated by software Dynaform, and the forming law of composite forming process was obtained. Through the comparison of a large number of process tests, the practicality of the composite forming process was verified.
