为推广超细炸药的工业应用,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,蒸馏水为非溶剂,采用高压喷射细化技术、连续过滤洗涤和真空冷冻干燥技术制备了单批生产量为1.5kg量级、平均粒径为852.5nm的高纯度亚微米级黑索今(RDX),细化后的亚微米级RDX的纯度高达99.72%。对亚微米级RDX的丙酮不溶物含量、水分及挥发分、熔点、RDX含量、真空安定性等理化性能进行了测试,结果表明,细化后的亚微米级RDX比原料RDX的性能均有不同程度的提高。
