本文通过对我国人力资本存量现状的分析,指出我国目前主要存在人力资本的存量不高、高存量人力资本流失严重、人力资本价值与人力资本定价的不匹配、随时变动的定价机制和工资的粘性不利于企业持续发展等方面的问题,并在此基础上阐述了提高人力资本的存量以及制定与人力资本价值匹配的定价以适应新型工业化的措施。最后指出,在新型工业化进程中,企业资本的有效配置比资本积累更重要,人力资本和知识增长比有形资本更重要。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of human capital stock in our country, this paper points out that the main existing stock of human capital in our country is not high, the loss of high stock human capital is serious, the mismatch between human capital value and human capital pricing, the variable pricing mechanism and the stickiness Not conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises and other issues, and on this basis, elaborated measures to improve the stock of human capital and to formulate a price matching human capital to adapt to the new type of industrialization. Finally, it points out that in the process of new industrialization, the efficient allocation of corporate capital is more important than the accumulation of capital, and human capital and knowledge growth are more important than physical capital.
