随着社会的发展,办公现代化的提高,大中型城市企业人员流动的不断增加,企业人事调动也随之频繁,认识档案信息管理作为企业人事管理工作的重要组成部分,随着管理经验的丰富逐步形成了一定的管理模式,但随着人才管理需求的日新月异,一些与企业发展不相适应的各种弊端逐渐显现出来,如何更好地强化企业人事档案管理,笔者就目前管理现状和发展方向,进行了初步研究。
