雷公藤生物碱和总萜内酯是雷公藤主要有效成分。利用紫外分光光度法检测二者的量,探索雷公藤有效成分透皮吸收情况。结果表明,雷公藤生物碱及总萜内酯成分均可透过鼠皮,12小时透过率分别达13.40%、17.60%,雷公藤贴膏敷贴人体12小时后,膏中生物碱及总萜内酯成分分别被吸收17.34%、22.13%,提示雷公藤可经应给药。
Tripterygium alkaloids and total terpene lactones are the main active ingredients of Tripterygium wilfordii. UV spectrophotometry was used to detect the amount of both, and the transdermal absorption of active ingredients of Tripterygium wilfordii was explored. The results showed that both Tripterygium alkaloids and total terpene lactones penetrated the rat skin. The 12-hour transmission rate reached 13.40% and 17.60%, respectively, and the alkaloids and total alkaloids in the paste after 12 hours of application of Tripterygium glycoside paste on the human body. Azlactone components were absorbed by 17.34% and 22.13%, respectively, suggesting that Tripterygium can be administered.
