近年来,临床遗传学取得了显著的进展.迄今已有很多资料表明染色体异常与男性不育有一定关系。我院自1983年1月1日以来,对120例男性不育患者进行了病因调查,检出染色体异常10例,其中一例为46,XX 假阳性,故剔除.对象和方法分析对象为婚后同居三年以上不育,但女方妇科检查正常者,进行体检,精液检查和染色体分析。染色体制备采用外周血淋巴细胞培养72小时,按常规收获细胞,制片,Giemsa 染色,每个受检查者计数30个细胞。胰酶法G 带,分析10个G 带核型。发现染色体异常者,加倍计数和重复检查。
In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in clinical genetics, and so far a large amount of data have shown that chromosomal abnormalities have some relationship with male infertility.
