研究对象:收集2002—2008年住院的过敏性紫癜患儿166例,男97例,女69例。年龄最大16·4岁,最小3·5岁,平均8·4岁,所有患儿入院时均有典型皮疹,发病时间最长达1年,最短3h,单纯皮肤型33例,关节型34例,腹型31例,肾型14例,混合型54例,共39例出现肾脏损害,其中HSPN符合上海市儿科学 Subjects: 166 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura who were hospitalized in 2002-2008 were collected, including 97 males and 69 females.
