卵泡的生长发育、排卵及闭锁是一个复杂精细的过程,受到内分泌激素、生长因子和细胞因子等多种因素的调控。胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(Insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅰ)具有增加糖原和蛋白质合成、促进细胞有丝分裂、调节细胞增殖、分化和抗凋亡的作用,在卵泡发育、卵母细胞成熟等过程中发挥了重要的调控作用。IGF-Ⅰ水平异常可能会对卵泡的发育与闭锁产生一定的影响,卵泡生长调节异常能引起相应生殖内分泌疾病,影响女性的生殖健康。探索IGF-Ⅰ在卵泡发育中的作用机制不仅有助于对卵巢生理和病理的了解,更能为生殖内分泌疾病的治疗提供理论基础。
Follicle growth and development, ovulation and atresia is a complex and sophisticated process, by endocrine hormones, growth factors and cytokines and other factors regulation. Insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) has the function of increasing glycogen and protein synthesis, promoting cell mitosis, regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and anti-apoptosis. In the process of follicular development, Maturation process has played an important regulatory role. Abnormal levels of IGF-I may have some impact on follicular development and atresia. Abnormal growth regulation of follicles can cause corresponding reproductive and endocrine diseases and affect women’s reproductive health. Exploration of the mechanism of IGF-I in follicular development not only helps to understand the ovarian physiology and pathology, but also provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of reproductive endocrine diseases.
