On November 2, 2003, the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education formally issued the “Guidelines for the Implementation of Environmental Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial)”, positioning environmental education as an indispensable part of the new national curriculum, and from the perspective of emotions, attitudes and values. Three aspects of the process, method, and knowledge have built an integrated environmental education curriculum. In order to grasp the current situation of environmental education in primary and secondary schools, we will actively promote environmental education in primary and secondary schools.
