1问题的提出近几年,随着转K2型转向架的普及,配装转K2型转向架的货车已部分到达段修期,侧架立柱磨耗板在不分解情况下的紧固、扭断问题日益突出。交叉支撑装置不分解时,无法直接用风扳机或扭力扳手紧固并扭断磨耗板上部螺栓,因此,各车辆段在处理此问题时,均先分解交叉支撑装置。这样,检修时间长,操作人员的劳动强度大,生产效率低。
