在对苏教版文言文编写体例与形式的分析后,发现苏教版以专题形式来编排文言文,把主题内容相似的文言文编排在同一个专题下的同一个模块中,即使他们完全属于不同的时代。同时在编选文言文时同样不注重文体的划分,相反,只要主题内容大致相同,不论什么体裁,也不论古今中外,都编在同一个专题中。因此,针对这一特点,教师在文言文的教学中,便不能再孤立地处理文言课文,而是应该将其与同一主题下的其他文本甚至是不同专题但是主题一致的其他文本紧密结合,融会贯通,进行主题化教学。
