1999年8月26日至31日,广东省建设工程质量监督检测总站地基基础检测三部完成了清远市体育馆网架屋盖的载荷试验工作.该屋盖建筑面积达七千平方米,采用了预应力组合扭网结构,为国内首创,国际上也无相关报道,并无现成的设计施工验收规范可循.省质监总站和清远市建委的技术人员充分咨询省内有关专家的意见,根据位移及内力等效的原则,在既保证安全又能达到检验效果的前提条件下,创造性地解决了验收方面的难题.在清远市有关方面的大力配合下,试验顺利实施并圆满完成.这次试验的成功受到当地有关方面的好评,社会效益显著,也为今后类似结构检测和验收提供了有效的方法.
