本研究讨论了低温时沥青的断裂应变值及断裂应变随温度、应变速度的变化情况。实验方法是由笔者新开发的。预先将沥青涂在用于测定应变的钢板上面,再将其装在弗拉斯脆点试验器上并在一定温度下施加作用使其弯曲,测得各温度下沥青的断裂应变。通过实验得到如下结论。随着温度的降低,断裂应变减少并逐渐趋近于最小应变。沥青的温度—断裂应变曲线随应变速度等条件的变化沿温度铀方向移动,其形状基本不变。而且减少应变速度时,其曲线沿温度轴方向平行移动。
In this study, the fracture strain and the strain at strain of bitumen as a function of temperature and strain rate were discussed. The experimental method is newly developed by the author. The asphalt was previously coated on the steel sheet for strain measurement and then mounted on a Fragile Tester to be bent at a certain temperature to measure the fracture strain of the asphalt at each temperature. The following conclusions are obtained through experiments. As the temperature decreases, the strain at break decreases and gradually approaches the minimum strain. Asphalt temperature-fracture strain curve along with the change of strain rate and other conditions along the temperature uranium direction, its basic shape unchanged. And to reduce the strain rate, the curve moves parallel to the direction of the temperature axis.
