耐力是中长跑运动员应具备的重要素质。中长跑运动员耐力素质训练的主要手段有持续跑、重复跑、间歇跑、法特莱克跑等,教练员应根据运动员不同的发展水平科学地制定发展耐力素质的训练计划。
Endurance is an important quality that middle-distance runners should have. The main means of endurance training of middle and long distance runners are continuous running, repeated running, intermittent running and Fatlake running. The coaches should scientifically formulate the training plans for developing endurance qualities according to the different development levels of athletes.
