目的 评价速效牙敏消液（ＸＤＨ）的临床脱敏效果。方法 选取牙齿敏感症患者６４ 例，３６０ 颗牙，按２∶１ 随机分为实验组（ＸＤＨ 组）和对照组（Ｆｌｕｒｏ Ｐｒｏｔｅｃｔｏｒ 组，ＦＰ） 进行疗效对比观察。结果 ＸＤＨ 与ＦＰ用药两次后总有效率无显著性差异，但ＦＰ组显效率高于ＸＤＨ组，而经一个月复查显示ＸＤＨ 疗效持久性优于ＦＰ（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论 ＸＤＨ是一种较理想的治疗牙齿敏感症的药物。
Objective To evaluate the clinical desensitization effect of rapid tooth decoction (XDH). Methods Sixty-four teeth and 360 teeth of tooth-sensitive patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (XDH group) and control group (Fluro Protector group, FP) according to the ratio of 2: 1. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of XDH and FP twice after treatment, but the effective rate of FP group was higher than that of XDH group. After a month of review, the lasting effect of XDH was better than that of FP (P <0.05). Conclusion XDH is a more ideal medicine for treating tooth sensitivity.
