随着我国社会和经济的快速发展,我国社会主义现代化建设取得举世瞩目的成就,多元化的发展理念在带动经济的发展的同时,环境也变的更加复杂和多样。经济的发展状况和发展方向需要对经济的有效管理来把握,财务管理作为经济管理的重要组成部分需要专业的财务人员开展工作,保障经济质量。财务人员的素养直接影响着财务管理的质量,可以通过激励措施来培养财务人员的素养。笔者根据实际工作经验,对我国目前财务管理的现状和财务人员素养的提高进行详细分析,总结出以下观点
