目的了解兰溪市农家“缸米黄”酒中镉含量水平,为确保食品安全、保障人民群众身体健康提供科学依据。方法采集全市16个乡、镇(街道)有代表性的农家“缸米黄”酒420份;在GB/T 5009.15-2003《食品中镉的测定》方法的基础上加以改进,用1%硝酸对样品直接稀释处理,以2 g/L的氯化钯溶液作基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪进行镉含量的测定。结果方法的线性范围在0μg/L~10.0μg/L,相关系数r=0.9998,最低检出限为0.12μg/L。相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.4%~4.6%,加标回收率为92.0%~98.0%。420份样品中镉含量最高值174μg/L,最低值1.20μg/L,平均值27.6μg/L。结论兰溪市农家“缸米黄”酒中普遍存在镉元素,其含量在1.20μg/L~174μg/L,国家标准虽暂时未对黄酒中镉含量做出要求,但应注意避免长期大量饮用。
Objective To understand the level of cadmium in farmhouse “Cylinder Beige” of Lanxi City and provide a scientific basis for ensuring food safety and ensuring the health of the people. Methods A total of 420 farm products were collected from 16 townships (towns) and towns (streets) in China. Conclusion There is a common presence of cadmium in farmhouse “tank beige ” wine in Lanxi City. The content of cadmium is 1.20μg / L ~ 174μg / L.
