目的:测定中药两面针植物根、茎和叶中20种金属元素的含量。方法:通过硝酸-高氯酸消解体系,有效地彻底消解样品中的有机物;而对于易挥发元素Hg、Se,则通过控制样品的消解量、消解温度和消解时间,从而达到最佳的消解效果,应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子荧光光谱法(ASF)进行元素分析。结果:中药两面针不同入药部位金属元素含量有别,Na在根中的含量比茎、叶高,而K、Ca、Mn和Mg在叶中的含量较根、茎高,20种元素回收率为93.9%~102.2%,RSDs均小于2.0%。结论:此方法简单、快速、准确,结果可为研究扩大中药两面针药用植物资源及综合开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To determine the content of 20 kinds of metal elements in roots, stems and leaves of two-sided needles of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The nitric acid - perchloric acid digestion system, effectively digest the sample of organic matter effectively; and for the volatile elements Hg, Se, by controlling the sample digestion volume, digestion temperature and digestion time, so as to achieve the best digestion , Elemental analysis was performed using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (ASF). Results: The contents of metal elements in different medicinal parts of two-sided needles were different. The contents of Na in roots were higher than those in stems and leaves. The contents of K, Ca, Mn and Mg in leaves were higher than that of roots and 20 stems 93.9% ~ 102.2%, RSDs were less than 2.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The results can provide a scientific basis for further research on expanding the resources and comprehensive development and utilization of Medicinal Herbarium.
