目的观察在短期头低位卧床模拟失重状态下健康人视网膜电图(electroretinography,ERG)的变化情况。方法 14名男性健康志愿者-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态,受试前、受试第2天及受试第5天按照国际视觉电生理协会的临床电生理标准(2008年修订)记录其视杆细胞反应、最大混合反应、振荡电位、视锥细胞反应和30 Hz闪烁光反应。结果视锥细胞反应及闪烁光反应在受试前后无显著变化(P>0.05);视杆细胞反应及最大混合反应波的潜伏期有显著改变(P<0.01),而波幅无明显改变(P>0.05);振荡电位右眼O1波潜伏期呈现逐步延长趋势(P=0.0017);其余各波的潜伏期及波幅均无显著改变(P>0.05);但振荡电位各波的波幅及总和波均呈现在受试第2天升高,受试第5天恢复的趋势。结论头低位模拟失重状态对ERG有一定程度的影响,但其影响轻微。
Objective To observe the changes of electroretinography (ERG) in healthy persons under short-term head-lying simulated bed rest. METHODS: Fourteen male healthy volunteers were enrolled in the simulated bed-rest condition of -6 ° head-down, before the test, on the second day of the test and on the fifth day of the test according to the clinical electrophysiological criteria of the International Association of Visual Electrophysiology (2008 revision) Rod photoreaction, maximal mixed reaction, oscillatory potential, cone reaction and flashing light at 30 Hz. Conclusion The head-to-head simulated weightlessness has a certain degree of effect on ERG, but its effect is slight.
