目的医院康复疗法结合家庭早期教育治疗轻度脑性瘫痪(以下简称为轻度脑瘫)患儿的康复作用。方法将85例1~6周岁轻度脑瘫患儿随机分为A组(40例)和B组(45例)。A组予医院综合康复治疗,并结合医务人员制定的教育方案进行家庭早期教育,B组因各种原因不能经过医院综合康复治疗,只给予家庭早期教育。采用盖泽尔(Gesell)发展量表对两组患儿治疗前后评分进行比较。结果 A组患儿经医院综合康复结合家庭早期教育进行康复治疗后其DQ评分较治疗前及对照组均明显增高(P<0.01);对照组的DQ评分则治疗前后无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论医院综合康复结合家庭早期教育能明显提高轻度脑瘫患儿的智力水平,部分可接近达到正常水平,是行之有效的康复方法 。
Objective The rehabilitation of the hospital combined with family early education in the treatment of mild cerebral palsy (hereinafter referred to as mild cerebral palsy) rehabilitation in children. Methods Eighty-five children with mild cerebral palsy aged 1 to 6 years were randomly divided into group A (n = 40) and group B (n = 45). Group A was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment to the hospital and combined with the education programs developed by medical staff for family early education. Group B was unable to go through the comprehensive rehabilitation of the hospital for various reasons and only gave early education to the family. The Gesell scale was used to compare pre- and post-treatment scores in both groups. Results The DQ scores of children in group A were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group (P <0.01). The DQ score of control group did not change significantly before and after treatment (P> 0.05) ). Conclusion Comprehensive hospital rehabilitation combined with early family education can significantly improve the intelligence of children with mild cerebral palsy, and some can be close to normal levels, which is an effective rehabilitation method.
