为分析研究自动变速器运动的瞬时过程所建立的数学模型,以往对每一种类型的甚至同一类型,速比不同的自动变速器都需要建立一个单独的数字模型,工作十分繁杂。 本文提出为各种类型的自动变速器建立一个统一的数学模型,用统一的矩阵方程式描述其瞬时过程。只要自动变速器中各构件连结与支承关系确定之后,选成独立构件,将非独立构件角速度同独立构件角速度线性表出,按本文提出的方法,可迅速而简便的察出转动惯量矩阵和力矩系数矩阵,求出数学模型。
In order to analyze the mathematical model established for the transient process of automatic transmission movement, it is very complicated to construct a single digital model for each type of automatic transmission of the same type or even different speed ratios in the past. This paper proposes to establish a unified mathematical model for various types of automatic transmission and to describe its transient process with a unified matrix equation. As long as the relationship between the connection and the support of each component in the automatic transmission is determined, an independent component is selected and the angular velocity of the independent component is linearly expressed as the angular velocity of the independent component. According to the method proposed in this paper, the moment of inertia matrix and torque coefficient Matrix, find the mathematical model.
