本文首次提出了一种基于石墨烯用于微弱能量获取的柔性基板/石墨烯/ZnO纳米线/石墨烯的柔性微结构.首先,从理论上进行了该新结构的设计及其工作原理分析;其次,研究了该结构制备过程中的关键工艺,并设计了该结构的制备流程;最后,成功制备了该结构,并进行了相关测试.最终测试结果表明该结构能够成功输出数百毫伏的电压.这些理论和实验上的研究为自驱动微纳系统提供了研究基础,同时也对集成微纳系统的实用化发展具有一定的研究意义.
This paper presents for the first time a flexible microstructure of flexible substrate / graphene / ZnO nanowire / graphene based on graphene for weak energy acquisition.Firstly, the design of the new structure and its working principle are analyzed theoretically. Secondly, the key technology of the structure preparation process was researched, and the preparation process of the structure was designed.Finally, the structure was successfully prepared and tested.The final test results show that the structure can successfully output hundreds of millivolts Voltage.These theoretical and experimental studies provide the foundation for the research of the micro-nano system, and also have certain significance for the practical development of the integrated micro-nano system.
