针对汤河流域水资源供需现状,同时考虑“引兰入汤”及“引细入汤”输水工程运行供水后的流域水资源供需变化情况,预测了2020年流域水资源的供需状况,并以流域供水净效益、流域总缺水量和流域协调发展指数为目标建立了流域水资源配置的多目标模型,采用多目标总体遗传算法求解。所得水资源优化配置方案,为汤河流域水资源的可持续开发和综合规划决策提供了合理的理论支持和依据。
According to the current situation of supply and demand of water resources in the Tanghe River Basin, taking into account the changes in the supply and demand of water resources in the river basin after the “water diversion project” Supply and demand situation, and established a multi-objective model of water resources allocation in the basin based on the net benefits of water supply in the basin, the total water deficit in the river basin and the coordinated development index of the river basin, and solved by the multi-objective general genetic algorithm. The resulting optimal allocation of water resources provides reasonable theoretical support and basis for the sustainable development and comprehensive planning and decision-making of water resources in the Tanghe River Basin.
