汞原子在荧光灯内的电场作用下被激发,发出2537波长的紫外线,致使荧光粉发光。汞对人体十分有害,随着生产的不断发展,寻找更合理的往荧光灯内引入汞的方式日益为大家所关心。汞合金(或称汞齐)具有常温下稳定和高温下易分解的特性,近年来受到国内外制灯与电真空行业的普遍重视。随着有关技术问题的解决,汞合金用于荧光灯以代替液态汞,将为消除汞害及提高荧光灯质量发挥明显的作用。 从理论的可能性和原料的来源来看,汞合金中以钛汞合金和锆汞合金具有较大的工业价值。本文着重介绍钛汞合金的制备与性能,以便为工业性应用创造条件。
Mercury atoms in the fluorescent lamp under the electric field is excited, emitting 2537 wavelength ultraviolet light, causing the phosphor light. Mercury is very harmful to the human body. With the continuous development of production, finding a more reasonable way to introduce mercury into fluorescent lamps is increasingly of concern to all. Amalgam (also known as amalgam) has the characteristics of stable at room temperature and high temperature decomposition, in recent years by domestic and foreign lights and vacuum industry, universal attention. With the resolution of technical problems, the use of amalgam in fluorescent lamps instead of liquid mercury will play a significant role in eliminating mercury hazards and improving the quality of fluorescent lamps. In terms of theoretical possibility and source of raw materials, the amalgam has great industrial value as a-amalgam and zirconium amalgam. This article highlights the preparation and properties of titanium amalgams to create the conditions for industrial applications.
