这些年来,我国的电信事业迅猛发展,对国民经济的发展起到了很大的拉动作用,也大大方便了百姓生活。这期间,群众对电信业也有一些意,主要集中在服务质量和话费过高这两点上。这些意见常常见诸于媒体的报道和消费者的投诉,甚至在各级人代会和政协会上,也屡屡听到代表们对电信业的批评性意见。因此,在今年两会刚刚结束后公布的北京市新的话费收取标准,自然就成为公众关注的焦点。
