目的:探讨钢板螺钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的可行性及效效。方法:自1999年3月~2005年10月对36例肱骨上端骨折的儿童患者采用开放复位AO小“T”型解剖钢板内固定术。其中近端骨骺损伤17例,外科颈骨折19例:年龄8~15岁,平均10岁5个月。结果:术后随访1 a~6 a(平均2.5 a)。所有病例均解剖复位,术后6—9周骨折愈合,术后6月取除内固定,肩关节功能无障碍,骨骺发育未见异常。10例随访至18岁,患侧肢体未见明显短缩。结论:只要方法得当,钢板内固定治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折可获得满意疗效。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of internal fixation with screw fixation for proximal humeral fractures in children. Methods: From March 1999 to October 2005, 36 children with upper humerus fractures underwent open reduction AO “T” type anatomic plate fixation. Among them, 17 cases of proximal epiphyseal injury and 19 cases of surgical neck fracture were aged 8 to 15 years old, with an average of 10 years and 5 months. Results: The patients were followed up for 1 year to 6 years (average 2.5 years). All cases were anatomic reduction, fracture healing 6-9 weeks after surgery, removal of internal fixation after 6 months, shoulder joint accessibility, no abnormalities in the development of epiphysis. 10 cases were followed up to 18 years old, no significant shortening of the affected limbs. Conclusion: As long as the method is correct, the plate internal fixation for the treatment of proximal humerus fractures in children with satisfactory results.
