DM2型叶片榫齿双头电解磨床是加工航空发动机合金涡轮叶片榫齿的专用机床。该机床有两只磨头,可同时用成形砂轮对工件进行电解磨削。磨头的原结构采用钢套镶铜整体薄壁弹性变形轴承,砂轮主轴转速为1800r/min。砂轮是用滚压轮挤压成形,该工序也是在此机床上进行。挤压砂轮时,因转速较低(约46r/min),外载荷很大,即使有润滑泵供油润滑,但在低速下不可能实现液体动压润滑,油膜刚性很差,使轴承容易损坏。可见,根据本机床的工作特点,要求磨头能适应两种不同的工作状态:(1)磨削时的高速运转;(2)挤
