通过扫描电镜观察X射线能谱分析、显微硬度测量及干摩擦磨损试验,研究了激光涂覆M2十4B合金层的显微组织和耐磨性。结果表明,该层由奥氏体树枝晶和枝晶间的网状碳化物所组成,其耐磨性是GCr15钢的8倍。
Scanning electron microscopy X-ray energy spectrum analysis, microhardness measurement and dry friction and wear tests were carried out to study the microstructure and wear resistance of M2-4B alloy coating by laser. The results show that the layer consists of network carbides between the dendrite and dendrite of austenite and the wear resistance is eight times that of GCr15 steel.
