本文是对螺旋吸气式增氧机性能测试的总结、分析。该机的关键部件为扩散器和螺旋器等。测试结果表明:扩散器的直径、长度和转达与形成的负压大小成正比;螺旋器的直径、螺距比和转速与进气量成正比例关系。该机的增氧百分率达68.7%;混合速度为1.05亩·m/KW·h;当电机功率为0.75—2.2KW时,其负荷水面为1.5—5亩。据测试结果分析,该型增氧机的综合性能良好,适于高密度养殖。
This article is a summary of the spiral aspirator aerator performance test, analysis. The key components of this machine are diffusers and spirals. The test results show that the diameter, length and transfer of the diffuser are proportional to the size of the negative pressure formed. The diameter, pitch ratio and speed of the screwdriver are directly proportional to the intake air volume. The aerobic percentage of this machine is up to 68.7%; the mixing speed is 1.05 mu m / KW · h; when the motor power is 0.75-2.2KW, the load surface is 1.5-5 mu. According to the test results, this type of aerator comprehensive performance is good, suitable for high-density farming.
