以GH33A为例,分析了磨削时传入工件表层热量的百分比;计算了不同深度处的磨削温度,并试验验证了磨削温度场的计算结果。在考虑磨削温度对材料性能影响的条件下,分析计算了磨削残余应力。
Taking GH33A as an example, the percentage of heat transferred to the workpiece during grinding was analyzed. The grinding temperatures at different depths were calculated. The calculated results of the grinding temperature field were verified. Considering the effect of grinding temperature on the material properties, the residual stress of grinding is analyzed and calculated.
