目的:探讨溴化钠和过硫酸钾催化下马来酸单甲酯的构型转化反应。方法:选择不同的反应条件,观察对马来酸单甲酯构型转化反应的影响。结果:当马来酸单甲酯的浓度约为50%,溴化钠和过硫酸钾的用量分别为0.5%和1.5%(依据马来酸单甲酯计算),反应时间为60min时,马来酸单甲酯构型转化反应的产率最高。结论:溴化钠和过硫酸钾催化下的马来酸单甲酯构型转化反应具催化剂用量少,反应时间短,产率高等优点。
Objective: To investigate the configuration conversion of maleic acid monomethyl ester catalyzed by sodium bromide and potassium persulfate. Methods: Different reaction conditions were selected to observe the effect on the conversion of monomethyl maleate. Results: When the concentration of monomethyl maleate was about 50%, the amounts of sodium bromide and potassium persulfate were 0.5% and 1.5%, respectively, based on the maleic acid monomethyl ester, the reaction time was The yield of monomethyl maleate conversion was the highest at 60 min. Conclusion: The conversion of monomethyl maleate catalyzed by sodium bromide and potassium persulfate has the advantages of less catalyst consumption, short reaction time and high yield.
