网球运动员的体能训练一直是网球项目中的热门话题,应把运动员的体能训练放在第一位,良好的体能训练是网球运动的保证,缺乏充沛的体能训练一直是阻碍我国网球运动的保证,缺乏充沛的体能训练一直是阻碍我国网球运动员在重大比赛中不胜的主要因素。采用文献资料法,从队员的体能要求和训练实践,从体能训练的重要性,体能与网球技术、战术、心理之间的关系以及体能训练的要求等方面进行探讨。
The tennis player’s physical training has been a hot topic in the tennis project. The physical training of the athlete should be given top priority. The good physical training is the guarantee of tennis. Lack of abundant physical training has been the guarantee of our country’s tennis. The lack of physical training has been a major factor that hinders our tennis players in the major competition. This article discusses the physical requirements and training practice of the team members from the aspects of the importance of physical training, the relationship between physical fitness and tennis techniques, tactics and psychology as well as the requirements of physical training.
