为人力资源与社会保障局,主要有职称评审、工资管理审批、人事调动、劳动仲裁等多个部门,涉及劳动保障、民政、财务、税务等诸多方面,其主要职能就是为社会人才资源提供重要的就业与社会服务。有相当数量的档案,对这些档案的管理工作是一项重要工作。本研究中笔者将从档案管理人员的角度出发,首先分析管理档案的现状与管理过程中存在的问题,针对这些问题,笔者将从多角度分析并提出完善措施
