日本语能力考试又称日本语托福,这张证书的拥有者在日资企业求职的成功率往往较高。因为日资企业的人力资源主管觉得拥有日语能力证书的应聘者不仪在语言交流上障碍较少,而且熟悉日本文化背景,因而更容易沟通,所以受到上海三千多家日资企业的广泛认可。
The Japanese Language Proficiency Test, also known as the Japanese TOEFL, has a higher success rate for Japanese-funded companies seeking employment.
