光纤强度Weibull分布中的形状参数m及光纤的抗疲劳参数n可用于光纤使用寿命的估计,光纤断裂可靠性研究也需借助Weibull分布参数的计算。利用Matlab通用数学软件进行光纤强度的Weibull分布参数计算及推定时,精度高、速度快、作图方便,尤其在各设定的置信度区间进行分布检验,因秩表不完整很难判断时,只要熟练运用Matlab就可制做出各种分布的数值表用于检验。
