“新时期强势高校文科学报的思考”一文(见《湖北大学学报》2004年第4期,《人大复印资料》出版研究,2004年第10期),比较全面地提出了传统办刊模式下高校文科学报的弊端,指出了新时期高校文科学报办刊新理念和新模式,给人以新的启示。联系目前我国社科期刊包括高校学报(主要指高校文科学报,下同)的改革趋势,有些问题有必要作特别补充,以求其解,这些问题主要是以下几个方面: “Contemplation of Journals of Humanities and Colleges in Universities in the New Era” (Article 4 of Journal of Hubei University, Publication Research of People’s Congress Copy Materials, No. 10, 2004) Disadvantages of liberal arts journals, pointed out that the new era of liberal arts journals run a new concept and new model, giving a new inspiration. At present, the social science journals in our country include the trend of reform in university journals (mainly refers to the liberal arts journals of colleges and universities, the same below).
