研究了 8-QAQ与 Cu( )在 p H=8.4缓冲溶液中的显色反应 ,实验结果表明 ,利用此反应测定 Cu( )的灵敏度较高 ,表观摩尔吸收系数为 5.9× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1· cm- 1,线性范围 0 .8~ 1 .6μg.应用于大米中微量Cu( )的测定 ,获得了满意的结果 .
The color reaction of 8-QAQ with Cu (superscript 4 +) in p H = 8.4 buffer solution was studied. The experimental results showed that the sensitivity of Cu (superscript 2 +) to Cu (superscript 3 +) was higher and the apparent molar absorptivity was 5.9 × 10 4 L · Mol-1 · cm-1, linear range of 0 .8 ~ 1 .6μg. Used in the determination of trace Cu () in rice, obtained satisfactory results.
